African masks and art from the Bamileke people. This African Mask from the Bamileke tribe of Mali measures 14 inches tall, 11 inches wide and 5.5 inches thick. It is hand-carved of wood, with the hair and beard fashioned out of tightly woven raffia. This is one of the most recognizable Bamileke styles.
