Dogon Fertility Statue SOLD African art and masks of the Dogon. This Dogon fertility statue is hand carved of wood by the Dogon people of Mali and Burkina Faso. She is identifiable as a fertility figure by her enlarged breasts and pregnant belly. She stands up nicely at a height of 26 inches, and it 6 inches wide at the shoulders.
