African Masks - Bambara Mask 4

African art and masks from the Bambara people of Mali. This African mask from the Bambara people is 22 inches tall, and 6 inches wide. The hand hammered metal sheets which form the face are held in place with tiny nails. The elongated face, straight nose and small mouth are typical of Bambara masks. It stands up nicely, and would look beautiful on a table or display case.
